Do you call them chickpeas or garbanzo beans? Either way, this week’s week’s Recipe Roundup: Chickpeas celebrates these very versatile beans.
I’ve been eating chickpeas for as long as I can remember. Until a few years ago, I always ate them as a side dish with curry chicken. Once I began the blog, I started branching out on ways to use chickpeas, and I was honestly shocked at how many recipes I found. Chickpeas are hearty, they are healthy, and they add bulk to a recipe without adding too many calories. This week’s Recipe Roundup: Chickpeas showcases 30 delicious recipes.
